Healed and free from fear ...Rosanne Money

After having a spinal fusion in March of 2006, I continued to experience quite a bit of pain in my low back.  At times it felt like a wide band of pain across my low back; it never went away. The pain hindered movement and caused residual pain in other areas, because I accommodated that pain!

One Sunday in church, I wanted to dance before the Lord, but did not because I thought I might reinjure my back.  Roger has been calling me for some time now.  He has been able to help me realize what God had already done for me (even though I knew it in my head).  My physical therapist was working on my back one day and was asking me questions about that particular area of my back.  She asked me to describe what I felt in that area.  Immediately, the word fear came to my spirit; and just as immediately, I told that fear to go in the Name of Jesus--and it did!!  Right then and there!    When I went to get up from the table, I could move much more freely than ever before!  It was simply amazing that I had let fear harbor in my body in that place!  But it is gone now, thanks be to God!  I have since told my therapist that I feel like I did when I was 28 years old.  Pain is not yet entirely gone from my back, but that band of pain is gone, and the rest of it is on its way out.  I can move so much better and that fear that was hindering my healing is gone!  The next time I feel led of the Lord to dance in the Spirit--nothing will hold me back!  All praise and thanksgiving to the Lord Jesus Christ who carried all our pain and sickness so we do not have to!
